This website is operated by THEFORM LTD. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to THEFORM LTD. THE FORM LTD offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. THEFORM LTD is hosted on Squarespace.com a website development and hosting service. Squarespace.com will be referred to as Squarespace from this point on. Throughout this policy, the term "you" refers to the customer or individual visiting the Website and/or purchasing a product from TheForm Ltd.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you signup to our mailing list or purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. We process your data for marketing and to contact you. 

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions upon checkout, you confirm that you are happy to be added to the Form mailing list. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link found at the bottom of the email.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

How do I provide consent to the use of my data?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, close the homepage lightbox, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting and processing of your data.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by clicking the unsubscribe email at the bottom of any communication or by contacting us at info@theform.co.uk. You also have the right to request full details of your data, or request that all your personal data we store is deleted.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

 

SECTION 4 - Squarespace

Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application.

Squarespace has implemented security measures designed to protect the Personal Information you share with us, including physical, electronic and procedural measures. Among other things, they offer HTTPS secure access to most areas on our Services; the transmission of sensitive payment information (such as a credit card number) through our designated purchase forms is protected by an industry standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection; and they regularly maintain a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification. They also regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and regularly seek new ways and Third Party Services for further enhancing the security of their Services.

However – regardless of the measures and efforts taken by Squarespace, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of your Personal Information or any other User Content you upload, publish or otherwise share with THEFORM LTD, Squarespace or anyone else.

We therefore encourage you to set strong passwords for your User Account and User Website, and avoid providing us with any sensitive information which you believe its disclosure could cause you substantial or irreparable harm. Furthermore, because certain areas on our Services are less secure than others, and since e-mail and instant messaging are not recognized as secure forms of communications, we request and encourage you not to share any Personal Information on any of these areas or via any of these methods.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Squarespace, together with its marketing, analytics and technology partners, uses certain monitoring and tracking technologies (such as cookies, beacons, pixels, tags and scripts).
